- Use of River's facilities is available to River members and regular attenders on a first-come, first-served basis for events approved by church staff. It could take up to a week for you to receive a reply to your request.

- Depending upon the type of event, there may be fees for cleaning and/or technology use.
- If your request is approved, you will be sent a building use checklist that must be reviewed and approved by you before your event will be scheduled.
- Just a reminder... building is not reserved until all steps are complete (and reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis), so providing complete information and timely responses are encouraged. If another request for the same date is completed first, it's possible your slot might become unavailable.
